Duniway Family Camp started in 2015 when 13 families came together to visit the Out 'n' About Treehouse Resort in Southern Oregon. You can read and see more about the experience on our 2015 Adventure page.

The community in and around Duniway Elementary School in Portland, Oregon is a special place. We spend the entire school year creating an environment for our children to learn, supporting them in their school work and activities, and participating in carnivals, talent shows, and fundraising events.

Our kids' best friends are their classmates. As adults, our friends are other parents that we meet at our kids' school. We send our kids to summer camps, often coordinating so they can be with their school friends, but what about the adults? Duniway Family Camp was a concept to try a group vacation for kids and their parents. With their friends. And it. was. awesome.

Thanks to everyone that joined us on this vacation. For those friends that couldn't join us this year, hopefully you can join us next time. We can't wait to do that again.
